Frequently Asked Questions For your convenience we’ve compiled a list of answers to common questions received from our customers.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q :What is the minimum quantity for an order?

A: There are no hard and fast rules for minimums. Common sense should prevail. For example if you wash regularly you may need:

Girls Uniform - 2 Tunic Dresses, 3 Blouses ,1 Jumper, 1 Jacket ,3 socks.

Boys Uniform - 2 Trousers, 3 Shirts, 1 Jumper, 1 Jacket, 3 Socks.

If you're a working parent you might find it convenient to have more on hand.

Q : What if you don’t stock a product I am looking for?

A: We stock all uniform items as approved by the school Principal.

 

Q : How do I pay?

A : By using our secure online payment facility, or in person by cash or card at our uniform shop (only during opening times as listed on our Contact Us page).

 

Q : How can I get my items delivered to me?

A : Currently you can pick-up your order from the Kewdale or Thornlie uniform shop. Please clearly mark in Comments, which campus you will collect from.

 

Q: When will my on-line order be ready for collection.

A : Please allow 48 hours from the next shop open time for orders to be picked and packed. You will receive a confirmation message, "Ready for pick-up

At One World Uniforms our garments are sourced, manufactured and tested to the highest Australian standards. That's why we're able to offer you a consistently good quality product.

We know that school kids need a quality uniform that's made to go the distance.

We give you an undertaking that high standards will be maintained and that we'll provide you with an excellent product.

 

Returns Policy;      Terms and Conditions

Due to health and other regulations there are strictly No refunds for the following items;

Bathers       Socks       Hats

Swimwear:                                                                                                                        Please choose carefully as there are NO refunds or returns on swimwear, as per The Health Department recommendations. We suggest your child comes to the shop to be correctly sized for swimwear.

All other Garments: All goods are supplied and delivered in "Brand New Condition".

As per WA Consumer law you don't have the right to simply change your mind.

We can exchange incorrect items (except those noted above) as long as the items are returned to us in original, unused and unwashed condition, with proof of purchase and tags still attached, within 14 days from date of purchase.

Items deemed to be not in original condition (eg. dirty, washed, incorrectly packaged or damaged in any way) cannot be returned.

We swap like for like. ie. the same item exchanged for a different size.

We do not refund, we will give you a store credit to be used within 3 months.

We will not accept the return of goods if;

· Goods are damaged in the washing machine or dryer and where the care instructions have not been followed correctly.

· Goods have suffered from normal wear and tear, accidents or mishandling.

· You changed your mind or ordered the wrong style or colour.

We reserve the right to repair all faulty products where possible.

Where we refund in exceptional circumstances, a re-stocking fee will be charged.

Please NOTE : There is no Return or Exchange on Swimwear as per Health Department policy.
